Every AI-built app hits the same rocks.

We chart them together. A community for founders who run apps built with AI, with Visian’s engineers beside them. It opens with Crew 01, by application: tell us about your app, and a person reads every word.

What being a Captain will look like when places open.

    See the whole road
    • NavigatorsEngineers who run software in production for a living answer your questions and review your app.
    • Dry DockA Navigator fixes a real member’s app live, on screen. Bring yours.
    • The BridgeEach morning, your app’s Hull Score: what got worse, new Storm Warnings and yesterday’s costs.
    • The FleetFounders at the same stage, building in the open. Once a year, Fleet Week in person.

    Is it for you?
    1. Free

      The Harbour

Weekly posts and challenges, open to anyone who builds with AI.

    2. Membership

      Captain

Playbooks for running an app in production, weekly live sessions, Dry Dock and The Bridge.

    3. By application

      The Voyage

A small crew working on their live apps together: weekly workshops, Dry Dock, an app review half-way and at the end, Watches of five, and Launch Day. Crew 01 is the first.

    4. After the Voyage

      The Fleet

Graduates stay on: The Bridge, Trade Routes, and Fleet Week once a year.

You don’t have to go all the way. Each step stands on its own.

    Is it for you?

    Is it for you?

We’d rather say no now than take a place that won’t help you.

    Sounds like you? Apply

    Probably a fit if

    • You built an app with AI tools (Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, Claude Code…) and it’s live or in beta.
    • Real people use it, or are about to.
    • What’s in the way is running it: sign-in, payments, data, costs, keeping it up.
    • You can give it a few hours a week and turn up to the live sessions.

    Probably not a fit if

    • You haven’t built anything yet. We start where the building courses stop.
    • You’re after income tips or a plan to get rich. We don’t promise income, and we won’t.
    • You need one fix this week, not a crew. A check of your app is quicker: ask for a check.
    • The fee would put you under financial pressure. Wait until it wouldn’t.
    Applying

    What happens when you apply

Three steps, a person at each one, and nothing to pay.

    Start the five minutes
    1. 1

      Five minutes

      Apply

About you, your app and what’s in the way. Maurício Ferreira, the founder, reads every application.

    2. 2

      If the crew could help

      A 30-minute call

With Maurício: where your app is, where you want it to be, and whether Crew 01 is the right place. Ask anything.

    3. 3

      Either way, in writing

A place, or an honest “not yet”

If it’s right for you, a place in Crew 01 and the terms in writing. If not, we tell you why and what would help.

Nothing to pay at any of these steps. Applications wait until places open, and we write to everyone, either way.
